Watch Your Bags in Tesco!

The moral of the following story is, as you are told at all train stations etc... Dont leave your bags unattended, only it applies to Tesco now too!!

I hear this "excuse me" today, and this woman tells me she's lost her handbag (to all intents and purposes) from on top of her trolley. So we launched Operation K**** C**** (otherwise known as informing the management theres a security issue!! lol). All the managers come literally charging down to the front of the store, where a search begins to try and locate this bag. Meanwhile, a police officer appears within about 2 MINUTES!! (I kid you not!).

So the management and the police spend a good 2 hours trying to sort this out, viewing CCTV footage and the like, whilst the woman phoned up and canceled her credit cards and phone etc, as you do.

Thankfully, however, the whole matter was able to be resolved after that time, when it was discovered that...






...SHE HAD THE WRONG trolley!!!!!!!!!!
This is despite assuring us on at least THREE occasions that the trolley she had was definitely hers! All the while, her real trolley was sat no further than 10meteres away, complete with bag!!

So the real moral of this story...

PAY ATTENTION!!!! lol
